Market Sale Animal Registration - 2026 Update

New for 2026:

ALL Market Sale Animal Registration

Starting in 2026, market sale animal registration will happen through the Walla Walla Fair & Frontier Days . This means no more Google forms from the WSU 4-H Extension Office.

Registration Process:
All sale animals must be registered in ShoWorks for Pre-Fair Tags . This change is designed to reduce confusion and prevent double registration.

Swine Exhibitor Updates:
The photo submission process for swine will be updated as well. More details will be shared closer to pre-tag day, and a printed guide will be handed out at that time.

Volunteer Opportunities

Are you, or someone you know, interested in volunteering for the Walla Walla Fair & Frontier Days?

We are currently seeking superintendents to oversee various departments at the fair:

  • Market Goat Superintendent
  • Clothing Judging (Pre-Fair)
  • 4-H, Grange - Needle Work
  • 4-H, Grange - Quilting

Please note that the positions for Market Goat, Needle Work, and Quilting are both Pre-Fair and during the Fair, while the Clothing Judging role is exclusively a Pre-Fair event.

If you or someone you know is interested, please feel free to contact Phillip at pottley@wwcowa.gov in the Exhibitor’s office with any questions. Thank you!
