To acknowledge the 150th anniversary of our fair, Walla Walla Frontier Days is hoping to have 150 flag carriers at the beginning of the Frontier Days Parade on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at 10:00 a.m.
Participants must be 18 or older and we would prefer you bring a flag boot if possible. To participate in this presentation of our colors, please contact the Fairgrounds at (509) 527-3247 and ask for Megan or email her at mmckinney@co.walla-walla.wa.us and provide your First & Last Name, email address and a cellphone contact number so we may provide additional information at a later date. A group should provide the name of the group, the contact person for the group and the number of individuals in the group who will be riding in addition to an email address and cellphone contact number. Groups may wear their usual group attire.
If an individual or group has already entered the parade, please let us know you prefer to ride in the flag group and not the body of the parade.
Participants will be provided a one day gate pass to the Fair and out-of-town participants will be provided a stall upon request.

Our appreciation is extended to Joe Drazan for collecting and providing us with many vintage images of the fairgrounds.
